🌙 Spotlight Night – tai vakaro mini workshop serija, kur kiekvieną savaitę laukia vis kita tema. Čia susijungia jėga, lankstumas, kūryba ir muzikalumas. Vieną savaitę – contemporary ar floorwork choreografija, kitą – statinės jėgos kombinacijos, įspūdingi „spin flow“ ar lankstumo triukai ant pole. Dar kitą kartą – duetų technika, „Tricks Lab“ su labiausiai pageidaujamu triuku ar net „Performance Night“, kur sukursi mini pasirodymą. Tai daugiau nei treniruotė – tai tavo galimybė kiekvieną savaitę išbandyti kažką naujo, tobulėti įvairiose pole srityse ir įkvėpti save ateinančioms treniruotėms. ✨ 👯‍♀️ Virago Pole nariai gali dalyvauti su savo planu. 💫 Svečiai – kviečiami prisijungti įsigijus šią treniruotę už 20 €. 📅 Kiekvieno mėnesio pabaigoje paskelbiame kito mėnesio temas. EN – Spotlight Night description 🌙 Spotlight Night is an evening mini workshop series, where every week brings a different theme. It’s the perfect mix of strength, flexibility, artistry, and creativity. One week you’ll explore contemporary or floorwork, another – static power combos, flowing spin sequences, or flexibility tricks on the pole. Some weeks focus on partner work, a Tricks Lab with the most requested move of the month, or even a Performance Night where you’ll create your own mini routine. It’s more than just a class – it’s your chance to try something new every week, grow in all areas of pole, and find fresh inspiration for your training. ✨ 👯‍♀️ Virago Pole members can join using their current plan. 💫 Guests are welcome to join this special class for 20€. 📅 At the end of each month, we announce the themes for the following spotlight night.
