Pole Dance A

Classes for people taking their first steps into the world of Pole dance. It is most suitable if you have never had contact with a pole and want to get acquainted with this interesting and socially standards-breaking branch of sport and art.
During the classes, we will learn the very first steps on the poles and build a strong foundation for the further journey into the world of pole dance.

Pole Dance A/B

Classes for people who have completed the Intro level or who have mastered the basics of pole dance: climbing a pole, flipping off the ground, clocks (compass), sitting on a pole and the first static spins on a static pole.
During the classes, we will continue to strengthen the basics, we will learn how to effectively and beautifully combine tricks into longer combinations, we will learn different variations of tricks and we will safely step into tricks of a more complex level such as various handsprings, sneaky V and their combinations. At this level we will also focus very much on dynamics exercises

Pole Dance B

The most difficult level classes are for people who have mastered the figures from level A/B or are attending this level, but are ready to learn slowly and include more difficult elements such as: power spins, regrips, phoenix, deadlifts and other exercises from the most difficult category. During the class, we will also learn and improve complex combinations
